The New York State Wetlands Forum is a non-advocacy organization that provides coverage on issues such as:
o Supreme Court Rulings on Isolated Wetlands and Takings Claims
o Mitigation Programs - "Are they failing?"
o Acquiring and Managing Wetlands
o The Corps’ Proposal on Reissuance and Modification of the Nationwide Permits
o Wetland Plantings and Their Appropriate Water Depths
Membership contributions enable the New York State Wetlands Forum to provide information about current and developing issues within the wetlands arena, including:
